Take Up System AC-1650

The standard AC-Series plotter (AC-1000/ AC-1300 and AC-1650) is equipped with a non-motorised roll-off system where the media can move freely on the front side and can be collected into the media collection basket. This configuration is ideal for marking & cutting applications with thicker / heavier media types.

For the AC-1650 model, a special roll-to-roll media guiding system is available as an option. This system provides moforised unwind (roll-off) & rewind (take-up) control.

The system is equipped with guided tension bars which keep the media under a constant tension assuring accurate tracking and plotting.

Front and back loop control is fully automised and controlled via software. Frame lengths up to 120 cm are supported. The automatic roll-to-roll system allows the user to plot unattendedly using full length media rolls up to 100 metres without ever having to reload or realign media in-between jobs.
